The location was fantastic, right next to the

convention center, which made it incredibly convenient. However, everything else about the stay was just average, and I expected more for the price we paid. The room was decent but lacked some amenities.

Comfortable beds, accessible amenities, with a friendly staff and a great breakfast selection that includes eggs, sausage, and freshly made waffles available every morning.

I had a fantastic stay here, especially enjoying the cozy King Suite with a sofa bed and the peaceful indoor swimming pool for a nice unwind. The breakfast spread was pretty impressive, and I loved lounging on the sun terrace. Just a heads up, the pullout bed could be more comfortable, but it didn’t ruin my overall great experience! 😊

the shower was difficult to adjust , and it was too hot sometimes. the pool area was well-kept, which was nice. breakfast offered fresh fruit and a good variety. check-in was quick and the staff was really friendly.

Santiago and Juana were busy setting everything up early for a large group. I appreciated their effort. The variety at breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean, but the furnishings felt a bit worn, and the TV was outdated with limited channels. I didn’t have issues with noise, which was nice. However, I did notice a lack of lighter bulbs in the room, making it feel dark. I had to use a flashlight for some tasks. I think a couple of small upgrades would really enhance the experience, like better amenities and updated furniture. The location is convenient for shopping and dining. I would consider returning in the future but hope for improvements.

I loved how spacious the King Suite Sofa Bed was! 🛏️ The indoor pool was also a hit with the kids. Just wish the shuttle was more reliable—it only ran once during our stay.

We had a fantastic time visiting Woodfield Mall and exploring the nearby restaurants. Having a comfortable sofa in our room made it easier for the whole family to hang out together without crowding each other’s space, especially with my father joining us.

My kids wished we had better noise insulation in the rooms and more coordinated housekeeping services.
